Easy, creamy salad dressing


1/2 cup Ripe Avocado  2 tablespoons Vegan Heavy Cream see post for substitutions 3 tablespoons Olive Oil 2 tablespoons Lime Juice 1/2 cup Cilantro 2-3 Jalapeño Slices optional 1 Garlic Clove 1/2 teaspoon Salt more to taste 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper 1/4 cup Water to thin it out

Vegan Avocado Salad Dressing

A delicious summer salad with a fresh and flavorful dressing

Step 1

– Place all ingredients, except the water, in to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

– Add the water in order to thin it out in to a pourable consistency. You may need the entire 1/4 cup or you might need less. This is your preference- and depending on the avocado size.

– Taste and adjust the following to your preference: salt, pepper, lime, or olive oil.
