Easy Vegan Pancakes

These Quick & Easy Vegan Buttermilk Pancakes are light, perfectly fluffy and simple enough to whip up for breakfast in less than 30 minutes!

You'll need a few very simple ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder and homemade buttermilk!

Vegan buttermilk is 1 cup plant milk + 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

Whisk the dry ingredients!

Stir in the wet ingredients!

Mix until just combined- don't over-mix!
