Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Pasta without Cream

This is the perfect weeknight dinner to whip up when you want something that’s fast and easy but still tastes delicious. It also happens to be dairy-free, nut-free, and can be made gluten-free!

Main Ingredients

- Pasta of Choice - Jarred Red Peppers - Onions & Garlic - Tomato Sauce - Nutritional Yeast - Dried Herbs

Sauté the onions and garlic

Combine the sauce ingredients into a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy!

Toss in the cooked noodles

Top with parsley and serve!
