Our vegan shrimp is made from King Oyster Mushroom Stems!

Slice in to shrimp sized pieces & cut a wavy line down the middle- soak for 15 minutes!

Make a dry breading of panko-breadcrumbs & seasonings

Make a wet batter of plant milk, apple cider vinegar & flour.

Dip the mushroom pieces in the wet batter then into the dry.

Until they look like this!

Fry until crispy- about 1 to 2 minutes each side. (Baked option in blog post)

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce! I used bang bang sauce.
