Vegan French Toast

with Just Egg

You would never guess this Vegan French Toast is made without eggs! It is thick, crispy golden on the outside, and has a soft and custardy center.

This recipe is made with the Plant Based Egg product called Just Egg.

Main Ingredients:

– Thick Sliced Bread – Just Egg – Unsweet Plant Milk – Maple Syrup – Spices

Whisk together the custard ingredients.

Dip each side of the bread in the egg mixture- about 10 to 15 seconds on each side.

You want to soak it long enough for the custard batter to soak the bread but you don’t want soggy french toast so don’t leave it in too long!

cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Top with desired toppings like berries and maple syrup!
