Overnight Oats!!

What are Overnight Oats?

Overnight oats are the no-cook method of making oatmeal. Instead of cooking oatmeal on the stovetop or microwave, simply soak the oats with milk overnight in order to create a soft and creamy breakfast or snack.

I highly recommend using Old Fashioned Rolled Oats instead of quick oats or steel cut oats.

You can use a wide variety of different ingredients and flavors for overnight oats!

- Old Fashioned Oats (Rolled Oats) - Liquid such as plant based milk or water - Maple Syrup or Sweetener of Choice - Vanilla Extract or Cinnamon

Must Haves Include:

- Chia Seeds - Plant Based Yogurt - Nut Butter - Frozen or Fresh Fruit

Optional Add-ins:

Add the desired ingredients into a jar or airtight container.

And mix together until well combined!!

Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
