What You'll Need: Bread Flour Salt Sugar Active Dry Yeast Warm Water

Activate the yeast!

Mix the dry ingredients with the activated yeast and remaining warm water!

You should end up with a smooth, firm ball of dough!

Let rise for 1 hour!

Shape in to 8 balls...

and rest for 30 more minutes.

Shape the bagels by poking a hole through the center.

Boil the bagels for 2 minutes each side and then top with desired toppings!

Bake until golden brown!

Serve with vegan cream cheese, jam & butter or however you'd like!
