Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

You'll only need a few ingredients to create the batter for these cauliflower wings!

Make a simple wet batter with: all purpose flour, apple cider vinegar and unsweetened plant milk.

Make a simple dry dredge with: panko breadcrumbs, cornmeal (optional) and seasonings.

Bread the cauliflower wings!

then bake until crispy!!

Toss in easy homemade buffalo sauce!

Serve however you'd like!
