Vegan Green Bean Casserole

This essential Thanksgiving side dish is traditionally loaded with dairy, but I am bringing you a version that is not only delicious but 100% dairy-free and vegan!

Green Beans, Onion & Garlic, Vegan Butter, Vegetable Broth, Vegan Cream of Chicken Soup, and Crispy Onions!

You'll need the following:

Instead of cream of mushroom soup, we are using a homemade vegan cream of chicken soup.

It's easy, creamy, and takes less than 10 minutes to make.

Trim and blanch the green beans

Cook the onion and garlic until soft

Stir in the remaining ingredients

and simmer until slightly thickened.

Like this!

Add the green beans to a casserole dish and stir in the sauce.

Top with crispy onions and bake for 20 to 25 minutes!
