You can use a pre-made frozen crust or a homemade crust.

Sauté the vegetables to prevent a soggy quiche

Add the veggies to the pie crust.

Add the vegan cheese, just egg, salt, pepper and spinach! Toss carefully.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
