This Vegan Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is a Starbucks copycat recipe that combines store-bought or homemade cold brew with an easy pumpkin cream cold foam that is completely dairy-free!


- Coconut Milk - Oat Milk - Pumpkin Puree - Pumpkin Spice Syrup - Vanilla Extract - Pumpkin Pie Spices

The pumpkin spice syrup is made from light brown sugar, water, canned pumpkin, & fragrant fall spices.

Combine the ingredients into a blender and blend until whipped and smooth.

Pour a glass of cold brew or iced coffee.

Pour the pumpkin cream over the top!

Sprinkle with cinnamon!
