Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Basil
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Thyme see notes
  • 1 tablespoon Rubbed Sage see notes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

Instructions

  • Simply whisk together all the herbs in to a small bowl until well combined. Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

Notes: This seasoning blend makes a little over 9 tablespoons.
Dried leaves are preferred over ground but if you are only have ground, keep these measurements in mind: 1 teaspoon of rubbed sage = approximately ½ teaspoon of ground sage & 1 teaspoon of dried thyme = approximately ½ teaspoon of ground thyme.
Tip: If you’re missing an ingredient, don’t sweat it. Just simply leave it out and add more of the ingredients that you do have on hand.
