Easy Vegan Honey Mustard Dressing

This Easy Vegan Honey Mustard Dressing is the perfect balance between sweet and tangy and one of my favorite easy to make condiments! Made from apple honey, yellow mustard and vegan mayo.

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup Yellow Mustard
  • ¼ cup Vegan Honey
  • ¼ cup Vegan Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare vegan honey recipe. Keep in mind that this honey recipe needs to cool completely before using for this recipe as it'll be too thin and runny before cooling. I recommend making the vegan honey the night or at least a few hours before. 
  • Whisk together yellow mustard, vegan honey, vegan mayo and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to your preference and a dash of cayenne pepper if desired.

Notes

Make it spicy: Add a little more cayenne or dice up chipotle peppers for some added heat.
Make it less sweet: If you don't like sweet salad dressings, add a little bit of honey at a time. Start with 1 tablespoon, whisk, add another and so on.
This honey mustard recipe will last for 1 week when stored in an airtight container or glass jar in the fridge.
