Say goodbye to costly store-bought wellness shots and enjoy the satisfaction of making your own Lemon Ginger Wellness Shots at home. All you need is a basic blender, no fancy juicer required.
Add the lemons, orange, carrots, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper, mineral salt, and water into a blender. Blend until relatively smooth, some texture will remain.
Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer or a nut milk baginto a measuring cup or bowl. Use a spoon or squeeze the nut milk bag to strain out as much juice as possible then discard the pulp
Each shot should be 2-ounces.
Store the remaining wellness shots in an airtight jar for up to 3 days.
