This vegan and gluten-free dinner recipe is easy to make and full of flavor thanks to the zesty orange glaze that perfectly coats the pan-fried crispy tofu.

Press and cube tofu.

Toss with spices and cornstarch.

Add to a hot pan over medium-high heat.

Cook until golden.

Add the sauce ingredients to a pan.

Simmer until thickened.

Add tofu.

Add green onions and orange slices.

Serve over rice and garnished with green onions.
