Dairy-Free Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Plant-Based Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegan Yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • ¼ cup Chopped Strawberries more for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Vegan Chocolate Bar more for topping
  • 2-3 tablespoons Strawberry Jam for serving, optional

Instructions

  • In a jar or airtight container, stir together the oats, plant-based milk, vegan yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of kosher salt until well combined.
  • Stir in a handful of chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, give it a good stir. Add a spoonful of strawberry jam on top and more strawberries and chocolate chips if you’d like. Enjoy!

Notes

Makes 1 large serving or 2 smaller servings.
 
Important Note about Salt: Not all salts are made equal and cannot be substituted 1:1. If you are substituting table salt for kosher salt, you will need to cut the amount called for in the recipe by at least half.
