This Lemon Tahini Dill Dressing is a quick, flavorful dressing made with tahini, lemon, garlic, and fresh dill. It comes together in just 5 minutes and works well on salads, grain bowls, and vegetables.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, pinch of salt, and pepper until smooth.
Gradually add the warm water whisking until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. I used the entire ¼ cup.
Add the dill and whisk once more to combine.
Taste and adjust the salt and lemon juice as needed.
Serve on salad, with veggies, or as a drizzle of roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
Notes
Important Note about Salt: Not all salts are made equal and cannot be substituted 1:1. If you are substituting table salt for kosher salt, you will need to cut the amount called for in the recipe by at least half.
