Lemon Tahini Dill Dressing

This Lemon Tahini Dill Dressing is a quick, flavorful dressing made with tahini, lemon, garlic, and fresh dill. It comes together in just 5 minutes and works well on salads, grain bowls, and vegetables.

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt to taste
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Warm Water as needed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, pinch of salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Gradually add the warm water whisking until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. I used the entire ¼ cup.
  • Add the dill and whisk once more to combine.
  • Taste and adjust the salt and lemon juice as needed.
  • Serve on salad, with veggies, or as a drizzle of roasted vegetables. Enjoy!

Notes

Important Note about Salt: Not all salts are made equal and cannot be substituted 1:1. If you are substituting table salt for kosher salt, you will need to cut the amount called for in the recipe by at least half.
