Tahini Ranch Dressing

Made in less than 5 minutes, this Tahini Ranch Dressing is a creamy, flavorful addition not only to salads but can be served as a dip for fresh veggies or a sauce for grain bowls.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Chives
  • 1-2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt see note
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Up to ½ cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk or water

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the dressing ingredients— except the plant-based milk.
  • Start to slowly add in the plant-based milk while whisking the dressing until your desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and adjust the following: lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy!

Notes

Important Note about Salt: Not all salts are made equal and cannot be substituted 1:1. If you are substituting table salt for kosher salt, you will need to cut the amount called for in the recipe by at least half.
