Ingredients

  • ½ cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Oat Milk or other plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup Plant-Based Yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Add the old-fashioned oats, oat milk, yogurt, ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a jar or container with a lid and stir until well combined.
  • Stir in the vegan chocolate chips and seal the lid of the jar or container and place it in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • Next day, add any toppings you love and enjoy! I topped mine with shaved chocolate and a dollop of plant-based yogurt.
