These Brownie Batter Overnight Oats are your new chocolatey, vegan breakfast obsession. Creamy oats get brownie-worthy flavor from cocoa powder and a touch of maple syrup, making mornings indulgent but quick and easy. Ready in just 5 minutes and waiting for you tomorrow!
Add the old-fashioned oats, oat milk, yogurt, ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a jar or container with a lid and stir until well combined.
Stir in the vegan chocolate chips and seal the lid of the jar or container and place it in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Next day, add any toppings you love and enjoy! I topped mine with shaved chocolate and a dollop of plant-based yogurt.
