Start your busy day effortlessly by making these Matcha Overnight Oats! With simple ingredients and 5 minutes of your time, these oats are a combination of the goodness of caffeine and a hearty breakfast! A true lifesaver for those mornings when you're torn between the two.
Stir the old-fashioned oats, matcha powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt together in a bowl or jar with a lid.
Whisk in the oat milk, vegan yogurt, and maple syrup.
Close the lid tight and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Stir and add another splash of oat milk if you want the oats to be a bit looser. This is all up to your preference!
Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!

Store your overnight oats in an airtight jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.Use the appropriate jar: An 8oz jar will be filled to the top with oats and the toppings will overflow a bit so the jar won't close whereas a 16oz jar will allow room for toppings and the lid to close. The 16ozjar is preferred if you're taking the oats on the go.
