Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons Oat Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegan Yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Stir the old-fashioned oats, matcha powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt together in a bowl or jar with a lid.
  • Whisk in the oat milk, vegan yogurt, and maple syrup.
  • Close the lid tight and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 to 6 hours.
  • Stir and add another splash of oat milk if you want the oats to be a bit looser. This is all up to your preference!
  • Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!

Notes

Store your overnight oats in an airtight jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Use the appropriate jar: An 8oz jar will be filled to the top with oats and the toppings will overflow a bit so the jar won't close whereas a 16oz jar will allow room for toppings and the lid to close. The 16oz jar is preferred if you're taking the oats on the go.
