This Sour Apple Smoothie is bright, tangy, and made with just a few simple ingredients: green apple, spinach, and frozen pineapple. Refreshing, crisp, and ready in minutes!
Freeze the pineapple and mango. Freezing the apple is optional but will result in a thicker smoothie.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. To thin out the smoothie, add more orange juice. To make it thicker, add a bit more frozen fruit or ice cubes.
Taste and adjust to your preference. If it's too sour for you try adding frozen banana, more mango, or plant-based yogurt.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
