Vegan Feta: The base of the dip. Use a block-style vegan feta from Violife for the best texture and tangy flavor.
Firm Tofu: Adds creaminess and body without overpowering the feta. This helps create a smooth, whipped texture.
Vegan Cream Cheese: Adds richness and makes the dip extra creamy.
Garlic: Finely mince the garlic so it blends smoothly into the dip.

It has the power to break down the texture of vegan feta, doesn't leave crumbly bits of tofu, and will blend it into a creamy, airy spread with minimal effort.
How to Make This Recipe
This dairy-free feta dip is incredibly easy to make, low effort, and is as gorgeous as it is delicious!

Step 1: Add all of the whipped feta ingredients to a blender or food processor.

Step 2: Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Transfer to a serving dish and use the back of a spoon to swirl it into a fun pattern.

Step 4: Drizzle with vegan hot honey and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
Note: The vegan hot honey only takes 15 minutes to make, but I recommend preparing it ahead of time.

Serve this vegan whipped feta dip with pita, crackers, or fresh veggies.
- Vegan Hot Honey or Chili Oil: If you like a kick, a drizzle of vegan hot honey is incredible or try chili oil.
- Roasted Cherry Tomatoes: Warm, juicy, and roasted tomatoes would be perfect with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
- Olive Tapenade: The salty olives pair beautifully with the creamy base.
- Fresh Herbs and Olive Oil: A simple yet classic combo of chopped herbs with a generous drizzle of good olive oil would be incredible!
- Crispy Chickpeas or Cauliflower: For crunch and extra protein, roasted or air-fried chickpeas would be great! As well as harissa roasted cauliflower.
- Pomegranate Seeds and Fresh Mint: Bright, fresh, and just a little fancy. Great for a sweet-savory contrast. Perfect for summertime!
- Toasted Nuts or seeds: Pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, or chopped pistachios add great texture and flavor!

Tips & Tricks
Use block-style vegan feta (like Violife) instead of a crumbled variety. It's usually creamier and blends better. I find the crumbled one to be saltier.
No pressing needed! Just drain the tofu, toss it in the food processor, and blend away. You'll have a creamy tofu dip in minutes!
Chilling it in the fridge for about 30 minutes allows the flavors to blend and the texture to firm up slightly, but it's also great served right away.
Storage
Leftovers will stay fresh in the fridge when stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Give it a good stir before serving.

Vegan Whipped Feta Dip
Ingredients
Whipped Vegan Feta
- 8 ounce block Vegan Feta I used Violife
- ½ block Firm Tofu 8 ounces, drained
- ¼ cup Vegan Cream Cheese
- Zest of a Small Lemon
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt see note
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Pinch Red Pepper Flakes optional
- 1-2 tablespoons Vegan Hot Honey or maple syrup, see note
Instructions
- If using, make the vegan hot honey.
- Add all of the whipped feta ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving dish and use the back of a spoon to swirl it into a fun pattern.
- Drizzle with vegan hot honey and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with toast, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
