Ingredients
This iced berry-flavored latte comes together with just a few simple ingredients you probably already have on hand!

Espresso: A latte is a made up of one or two shots of espresso and milk. For this recipe, I suggest a double shot!
Oat Milk: Oat milk is my go-to vegan milk for lattes but almond, soy, cashew, or coconut are great as well!
Blueberry Simple Syrup: While blueberries and coffee may sound unusual, the combination is surprisingly delicious!
It's made up of only three ingredients including fresh blueberries, organic cane sugar, and water.

Substitutions & Variations
Change the fruit flavor: Swap the blueberry flavored syrup for other fruit syrups! Try a Strawberry Latte for a summery flavor, or our Banana Latte for a sweeter, banana bread flavor!
Cozy flavors: For a warm, comforting latte, check out my Vegan Cinnamon Dolce Latte or this creamy Iced Mocha Latte.
Different milk or coffee: Use almond, soy, or cashew milk instead of oat milk, or substitute matcha for espresso to make a blueberry matcha latte.
Sweetness & ice: Adjust the amount of syrup and ice to suit your preference.
Tips & Tricks
And I'd recommend using an unsweetened oat milk to be completely in control of the sweetness.
Use medium or dark roast. I usually opt for a stronger espresso to create a contrast with the sweet blueberries and creamy milk. Darker roasted beans also tend to be less acidic, resulting in a smoother latte.
Serving Tips
Brewed espresso tastes best when served fresh, so enjoy your latte right after preparing it.
